hellooooooooo!! i dont know why i feel so exhausted right now. ohyes, i already know why. workouts at the noon just now followed by skipping. yup, skipping ropes. did 500 of those - 300 on both legs and 100 on each leg. i was really sweating by the end of it. my whole body looks so oily with sweat. nak improve stamina and hopefully nak grow taller la kirekan tu. haha. took a bath afterwards and i ate nasi lemak for lunch. how unhealthy siak.
